Volunteer Information

A vital asset to Catholic Community Services of Utah is the corps of volunteers who donate their time and talents to ensure that the individuals who come to CCS receive the assistance and support needed. As an example, nearly 22,000 volunteers gave more than 55,000 hours of time during fiscal year 2004 to various programs supported by CCS. These individuals are a significant part of how CCS delivers care and services to our Utah community.

Volunteers are supported by the staff of Catholic Community Services of Utah which is comprised of a committed, sensitive, knowledgeable team of individuals, without whom the organization could not address the numerous needs of our community. The organizational culture is based on the values of respect, compassion and vision, and this environment attracts and retains quality employees. There are more than 75 staff members throughout the state serving in the thirteen programs.
